For sporty style and summer vibes, the ECCO SP.1 LITE SANDAL K is made with a mix of smooth, full-grain ECCO leather and premium textile, as well as a contrast effect and pops of colour. Kids will adore the sporty feel of a flexible, cushioned sole which has SHOCK POINT technology for bounce and shock absorbency. For full and easy adjustability, and optimal fit, the sandal has three quick-fasteners, while the textile lining and microfibre-covered footbed bring extra softness and comfort.

PRODUCT RETURNS 

There are two options for returning a product:-

1. Please send an email to ksa-info@ecco.com stating that you would like a refund and you would like to organise a courier to collect the products from your home. The charge for this service is SAR 20 and the cost will be borne by the customer. Please also include your pick up address in the email.

2. The products also can be delivered to any ECCO Store in Saudi Arabia to start the refund process.

PRODUCT RETURN TERMS

• Unworn items may be refunded  within 3 days from the date of delivery provided that the goods returned are unused and in their original condition accompanied by an invoice. Either organise the return via courier as per the above process in point 1 or directly to the store as above in point 2. 

• The return of ruined, worn-out products or those with missing accessories or invoices are not accepted.

• All products should be packed in their original package.

• Only items purchased via ecco.sa are eligible for return.

• The original invoice of the product must be placed in the package.

• Refunds are done with the same purchase payment method (online) through a deposit to the customer’s account.

• The price of the products deemed eligible for a refund as per the associated terms shall be deposited to your account within 14 business days. It may take up to business 14 days for the refund to hit your account due to the banking procedures.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE TERMS

• The Exchange is permitted within 14 Days from date of purchase with original invoice

• For product exchange, the only process available is a direct exchange in any ECCO store within Saudi Arabia .

• The original invoice will be required at the point of exchange.

• In case of defective goods, it will be dealt in accordance with the consumer protection law of KSA.
