Refund & Exchange

PRODUCT RETURNS

There are two options for returning a product:

  1. Please send an email to ksa-info@ecco.com stating that you would like a refund, and the related process will then start.
  2. The products can also be delivered to any ECCO store in Saudi Arabia to start the refund process.

 

PRODUCT RETURN TERMS

  • Unworn items may be refunded within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided that the goods returned are unused and in their original condition, accompanied by an invoice. Either organize the return via courier as per the process outlined in point 1, or return the products directly to the store as mentioned in point 2.
  • The return of damaged, worn-out products, or those with missing accessories or invoices will not be accepted.
  • All products should be packed in their original packaging.
  • Only items purchased via ksa.ecco.com are eligible for return.
  • The original invoice of the product must be included in the package.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method (online), via a deposit to the customer’s account.
  • The price of the products deemed eligible for a refund, as per the associated terms, will be deposited into your account within 14 business days. It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account due to banking procedures.

 

PRODUCT EXCHANGE TERMS

  • Exchanges are permitted within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original invoice.
  • For product exchanges, the only process available is a direct exchange at any ECCO store within Saudi Arabia.
  • The original invoice will be required at the point of exchange.
  • In the case of defective goods, they will be dealt with in accordance with the consumer protection law of KSA.

 

SHIPMENT

Your order will be shipped within 4 business days via Aramex.
