Refund & Exchange
PRODUCT RETURNS
There are two options for returning a product:-
1. Please send an email to ksa-info@ecco.com stating that you would like a refund, and then the related process will start.
2. The products also can be delivered to any ECCO Store in Saudi Arabia to start the refund process.
PRODUCT RETURN TERMS
- Unworn items may be refunded within 3 days from the date of delivery provided that the goods returned are unused and in their original condition accompanied by an invoice. Either organise the return via courier as per the above process in point 1 or directly to the store as above in point 2.
- The return of ruined, worn-out products or those with missing accessories or invoices are not accepted.
- All products should be packed in their original package.
- Only items purchased via ksa.ecco.com are eligible for return.
- The original invoice of the product must be placed in the package.
- Refunds are done with the same purchase payment method (online) through a deposit to the customer’s account.
- The price of the products deemed eligible for a refund as per the associated terms shall be deposited to your account within 14 business days. It may take up to business 14 days for the refund to hit your account due to the banking procedures.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE TERMS
- The Exchange is permitted within 14 Days from date of purchase with original invoice
- For product exchange, the only process available is a direct exchange in any ECCO store within Saudi Arabia .
- The original invoice will be required at the point of exchange.
- In case of defective goods, it will be dealt in accordance with the consumer protection law of KSA.
SHIPMENT
- Your order will be shipped within 4 business days with Aramex.
