PRODUCT RETURNS

There are two options for returning a product:

  1. Please send an email to ksa-info@ecco.com Or Whatsapp +966 57 939 9728 stating that you would like a refund, and the related process will then start.
  2. The products can also be dropped to any ECCO store in Saudi Arabia to start the refund process.

 

Returns & Exchanges – ECCO KSA

  • At ECCO, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below for returns and exchanges.

 

Return Policy

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition—unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags intact and returned in the original packaging (including branded boxes and dust bags, where applicable). Items must be placed in a protective outer box when returned.
  • Returned items must meet all the above conditions. ECCO reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with these requirements.
  • For cases involving damaged items, manufacturing defects, or incorrect deliveries, requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

 

Return Conditions & Charges

  • No return shipping fee applies for valid claims (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
     
  • Items discounted 70% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.
     
  • Items discounted between 30%–69% will incur a SAR 100 fee for returns or exchanges.
     
  • Items that are discounted below 30% will be subject to a charge of SAR 55 on returned and/or exchanged.
     
  • Minor imperfections may be present on discounted items and will be treated in line with the above policy.

 

Important Notes

  • Items purchased online at promotional or discounted prices can be exchanged at physical stores. All eligible refund requests must be processed through the online return procedure.
  • Any claims related to damaged or defective items submitted after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

  • For valid claims (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), a full refund will be issued, including delivery charges and any applicable COD fees.
  • For standard returns, only the product value will be refunded. Original shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for footwear items.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchanges are applicable for items of equal or higher value.
