From guitars to moustaches and from keyboards to jogger pants, the doodles on the special player edition of the ECCO M GOLF BIOM® H4 showcase the personality, style and interests of fun-loving Erik van Rooyen. Those drawings can be found on the vibrant outsole, which fades from blue to red, as well as on the colourful, blue-to-red insole of a shoe that also has the ECCO ambassador's logo, and a print on the puller which is designed to look like guitar strings. The special edition has all the same technologies as the regular ECCO M GOLF BIOM® H4, including BIOM® NATURAL MOTION®, an ECCO MTN GRIP outsole and 100% GORE-TEX waterproof protection.

PRODUCT RETURNS
There are two options for returning a product:

Please send an email to ksa-info@ecco.com stating that you would like a refund and wish to organize a courier to collect the products from your home. The charge for this service is SAR 20, and the cost will be borne by the customer. Please also include your pickup address in the email.

The products can also be delivered to any ECCO store in Saudi Arabia to initiate the refund process.
PRODUCT RETURN TERMS
• Unworn items may be refunded within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided that the goods returned are unused and in their original condition, accompanied by an invoice. Either organize the return via courier as per the process outlined in point 1 or directly to the store as mentioned in point 2.
• The return of damaged, worn-out products or those with missing accessories or invoices will not be accepted.
• All products should be packed in their original packaging.
• Only items purchased via ecco.sa are eligible for return.
• The original invoice of the product must be included in the package.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (online) via a deposit to the customer’s account.
• The price of the products deemed eligible for a refund, as per the associated terms, will be deposited into your account within 14 business days. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account due to banking procedures.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE TERMS
• Exchanges are permitted within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original invoice.
• For product exchanges, the only process available is a direct exchange at any ECCO store within Saudi Arabia.
• The original invoice will be required at the point of exchange.
• In case of defective goods, the issue will be handled in accordance with the consumer protection law of KSA.
